Shipping

Cavallé aims to dispatch orders received before 4 PM on the same day; orders placed after this are sent the following business day.

We ship throughout Denmark as well as internationally. The shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery country and is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Items will be delivered to the delivery address provided with the order.

Your items are shipped with GLS.

Please note: If there is no room at the delivery point, the parcel will be moved to the nearest pick-up location, which you will be notified about. If any problems arise, please contact customer service.

Items are delivered on all weekdays. Within Denmark, your item will typically be delivered 1–3 business days after ordering. For international delivery, the delivery time may vary depending on the destination.

Certain items are subject to special delivery terms. These terms will be stated explicitly prior to purchase of such items.
